IIT conducts the online faculty and course evaluations in accordance with university policy for the Office of the Provost. Main Campus policy stipulates that graduate and undergraduate student evaluations must be conducted in all laboratory, lecture, studio and recitation course sections offered on the Main Campus. Independent studies, seminars, and courses of enrollment less than three are not evaluated.

Evaluations are conducted the last two weeks of the semester before exam week. Evaluations will be made available to faculty and academic heads after all grades have been submitted. Notification will be sent by email.
